Mask ear loops are the elastic bands attached to both sides of a face mask, designed to secure it comfortably over the ears.

Proper tension is essential—too tight may cause discomfort, while too loose reduces protection. Some designs use soft materials (like TPU) to minimize ear strain during prolonged wear.

Here are descriptions of two materials commonly used for Mask Ear Loop:

1. TPU Material (Thermoplastic Polyurethane)

   - TPU ear loops are made of a flexible, durable, and skin-friendly thermoplastic elastomer.

   - They offer excellent elasticity, ensuring a secure yet comfortable fit without causing excessive pressure on the ears.

   - TPU is resistant to sweat and moisture, making it suitable for prolonged wear.

   - This material is lightweight, hypoallergenic, and environmentally friendly, as it can be recycled.

2. Rubber Material

   - Rubber ear loops are typically made from natural or synthetic rubber, providing strong stretchability.

   - They are cost-effective and widely used in disposable masks due to their high elasticity.

   - However, rubber may cause skin irritation or allergies in some individuals after extended use.
